Maximum temperature

Units: Degrees of temperature.  Be aware that many thermodynamic calculations must be done in absolute temperature units, that is, in either the Kelvin or Rankine temperature scales.  These scales, in contrast to Centigrade and Fahrenheit, set zero at absolute zero, the temperature at which no thermal energy is present.
