The Illinois Intentional Tort Qualitative Dataset


We present the Illinois Intentional Tort Qualitative Dataset, a set of 88 Illinois historical cases representing 112 distinct legal claims in Tort. The dataset includes both positive and negative illustrations of Trespass, Assault, Battery, and Self-Defense.
